We had a very pleasant stay at the M Social Hotel Times Square in New York. The location is perfect for exploring the city - close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. Our room, located on the 26th floor, was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of NYC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Armando, our waiter at breakfast, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming - he really made our mornings more enjoyable. Family friendly, clean, comfortable and well located. Storage reasonable in room. Beds comfy. Towels reasonably sized. My kids loved the games in the lobby and we all loved the beasts and butterflies rooftop views. Hotel has a very relaxed/informal atmosphere. Times Square view room provided a great view down into the square from a few blocks north.

This is a trendy hotel within a couple of minutes of Times Square. Only 10 mins walk from Central Park. It has a busy and noisy bar and lobby area but plenty of comfortable seating and a lovely view. I especially liked the rooms. We were on the 22nd floor. It was peaceful, away from the noise. The beds were extremely comfortable with great mattress and pillows. It was kept clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. Good shower too. Enjoyed the cocktails and the IPA.

The location absolutely can't be beaten! We love the roof bar and music. I was super happy that there was no smoking allowed on the roof.

The hotel is well-placed and clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel in NYC. You have a loading zone in front of the hotel that you can use for debarking. Although crowded, the staff was patient, explained the options calmly, and answered all our requests during check-in. The hotel lounge is beautiful and transforms into a social place at night. You can use Angelina (an excellent Italian breakfast and coffee across the hotel) for breakfast. For parking, try using SpotHero—within 5 minutes of walking, you have plenty of safe options. There's a Walgreens for the rest around the corner. The internet connection is stable, and there is an excellent signal across the hotel rooms and the lobby. This would be among our preferred choices for NYC 5-day stays for the right price.

The location was incredible, right on Times Square and next to the subway, so access was very easy. The hotel is large, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic rooftop and a view that is 100% worth it. The price is a bit high. The room was small but very nice, with a comfortable bed, new bathroom, desk, and TV. The view from high up was amazing.

The location is perfect,you can walk to a lot of the must see attractions and places to visit. The hotel is very clean and the staff are brilliant. Rooftop bar is a huge plus so nice to relax with a great view. Although outside the hotel it's noisy the hotel blocks it all out. Will be back again.
