Location, location. Hotel is really clean, everything is walkable and staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating

I liked the location and the view from the rooftop. The room was comfortable too.

I cannot express in words enough how beautiful and great this hotel is. The good points about this hotel outnumber the bad points. The good points are: 1. The location was fantastic. Almost right in the heart of Times Square. I loved walking down the footpath and see what makes Times Square an amazing place. 2. The breakfast was very good. I felt like a king when eating the breakfast. 3. The restaurants and other shops are extremely close to the hotel. A big thank you goes to the staff at The Gallaghers Steakhouse restaurant which is right next door to the M Social Hotel. They were professional, friendly, courteous and last but not least the best steak I have ever eaten in my life. That is no joke. 4. The stage shows like musical stage shows I was able to experience for the first time in life while staying at the hotel because they were between 1 minute (e.g. MJ The Musical was right next door to the hotel) to about 20 minutes walking distance (e.g. Aladdin the Musical). 5, Last but not least, the staff at the hotel. Please keep up the good week. You guys have been very helpful.
